Punch Buggy "No Punch Back Punch Back Pass" Rules

The holder of this card is entitled to punch back (after being hit with a "punch buggy no punch back") by saying "No Punch Back Punch Back Pass".

If asked to see the pass, you are allowed one additional punch back by saying "read the fine print" (as you show them the pass).  If you don't have the pass to show them, then the challenger is allowed 2 penalty punches.
